MUFG’s Milan Branch is a key part of the Group’s Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) franchise in Europe. The team partners with Italian corporates, multinational companies and financial institutions, delivering tailored solutions across corporate banking,



transaction banking, structured finance and capital markets. Leveraging MUFG’s global network and sector expertise, the Milan GCIB team supports clients in achieving their strategic and sustainable growth ambitions.
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
As a Director Relationship Manager GCIB you will:
Lead coverage of a portfolio of global corporate clients in Italy, owning the client relationship end-to-end and delivering the financial, risk and conduct targets set for the franchise. The Director acts as a senior representative of MUFG in the market, originates and executes complex transactions across the product platform, and deputises for the Head of GCIB Italy when required.
Core accountabilities
Own a portfolio of strategic corporate relationships and deliver individual financial and non-financial KPIs (Revenue, NOP, RoE, Expenses, BSO).
