Job Purpose

Principal Accountabilities

* Lead the start-up and industrialization of our brand-new MDO production line
for CPP-films
* Work closely with production, QC and R&D; to industrialize new products
* Ensure process stability, output, quality and efficiency
* Act as a problem solver, implementing best practices
* Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team leaders and
operators on the shopfloor

Qualifications/Requirements

* Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or
equal by experience
* 5+ years of proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained at
film industry
* Strong operational mindset: passionate about working hands-on with the
machines
* Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP- film processes (extrusion,
stretching, film properties)
* Experience in process troubleshooting and upscaling
* Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
* Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D; and production
