This is an exceptional opportunity to create unforgettable experiences for our discerning guests.You will have the key missions below:Supervise the daily work of the Event Specialist, providing guidance and operational support to ensure effective coordination and execution of events.Oversee the planning and operational execution of group bookings and events, including meetings, conferences, and social events, ensuring consistency and service quality.Follow the full lifecycle of events sold by the department, from initial qualification and planning through on-site execution and post-event follow-up.Conduct qualification calls and site inspections for events, gathering and validating client requirements to support accurate planning and execution.Act as a key operational point of contact for internal departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the event planning and delivery process.Coordinate closely with internal d
