**# Responsibilities:•
**Stay Informed:
** Keep up to date with customs and international trade laws and regulations.
•
**Ensure Compliance:
** Oversee adherence to import/export regulations, including export controls and trade sanctions.
•
**Manage Licenses:
** Handle import and export licenses as needed.
•
**Maintain Relationships:
** Build and maintain strong connections with international suppliers and customers.
•
**Resolve Issues:
** Efficiently address any problems related to delays, damage, or loss of goods.
•
**Documentation:
** Manage long-term supplier/vendor declarations and certificates of origin.# Qualifications:•
**Education:
** Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Economics, Logistics, or related disciplines.
•
**Experience:
** 1–3 years of experience in International Trade.
•
**Language:
** Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
•
**Travel:




** Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10% of the time).
•
**Technical Skills:
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an advanced level.
•
**SAP:
** Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
•
**Soft Skills:
** Proactive problem solver with a team-oriented mindset. xysqume The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €35,000.
