For our Trade Marketing team in Italy, we are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager responsible for transforming marketing strategies into impactful actions across local markets. Collaborating closely with B2B partners across various sales channels—including bicycle brands and manufacturers, distributors, and dealers—you will play a key role in maximizing the return on marketing investments, building strong commercial partnerships, and driving business growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze the trade marketing needs of B2B partners by identifying opportunities and developing initiatives that support brand and business objectives across various markets.
Define and implement the annual strategic marketing plan for key B2B touchpoints—including OEM partners, distributors, and key stores—by collaborating closely with Brand and Business Managers.
Manage the B2B marketing budget by ensuring the effective allocation of resources and continuous performance monitoring.
Oversee the implementation of local trade marketing plans, ensuring consistency,



effectiveness, and investment control in collaboration with regional customers.
Coordinate customer marketing contacts and internal teams to deliver dedicated retail projects and tools, including POP, POS, window displays, merchandising materials, and in-store activities.
Develop and manage trade communication campaigns and materials, including presentations, catalogs, newsletters, press releases, and other marketing content.
Plan participation in trade shows, events, open houses, and sales training initiatives by identifying the most effective engagement opportunities for the B2B channel.
Design and coordinate special projects and digital activations with strategic partners to support new product launches and co-marketing initiatives.
Lead digital transformation projects focused on B2B marketing tools and platforms that enhance sales effectiveness and support commercial training.
