As a commitment to operational excellence and a forward-thinking culture, the client is expanding their executive team through the appointment of HR Director/Senior Manager to be based in Bologna, Italy
About the Role
As HR Director/Senior Manager, you will be a strategic partner to the executive leadership team both in the US and Europe, responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies that underpin the company's growth, enable organisational excellence, and cultivate a high-performance culture.
This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape HR practices within a customer centric and mission-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably with a mix of well-established large organisation and smaller growing organisation.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and the implementation of such practices into a blank canvas
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy to business growth objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Italian and English
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach with a track record of delivering results in dynamic environments. xysqume
