- Recent graduate in technical field with willingness to learn
- Internship or 1–2 years in Sales, Business Development, or customer service is a plus
- Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus
- Available to travel ~10% of time
- Strong active listening and proactive attitude
- Ability to manage activities with short notice and adapt to changing priorities
