Your opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Organization Development Analyst to join our HR team on a fixed-term basis to cover a maternity leave. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational development and HR data initiatives within a dynamic international environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in organization design, position management,



HR master data management, and HR security processes, partnering closely with HR, HRIS, and business stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and data integrity.

How you will contribute

Act as the subject matter expert for Position Management and Organizational Structure Management, partnering closely with HRIS to ensure the effective design, governance, and execution of organizational processes that enhance operational efficiency.
Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of organizational development initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across the global HR function.
Serve as Project Manager for HR Master Data Management initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery.
Partner with HR Domain Owners to define, maintain, and promote data governance standards, guidelines, and processes across the HR function.
