YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer
Specialist to join our Operations Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).





In order to perform the role, you should be self-motivated, creative and
proactive, able to work successfully in a dynamic environment that includes
multiple platforms and architectures, technologies and work environments.
Together with your team, you will take care of the management of Continuous
Improvement and problem solving projects in the manufacturing fields, respecting
the rules of Lean Thinking: you will also have the task of increasing production
efficiency and identifying effective measures aimed at increasing the value for
our customers.

As part of the role, you will be involved in projects aiming at improving Plant
Standards and helping team leaders in the correct technical training of line
operators. Together with the other business areas (R&D;, T&M;, QA, etc.) you will
have the task of optimizing and monitoring production processes, production
