MISSION

For a new logistics site of an important international company operating in the Retail sector, we are looking for a Team Leader Inbound who will be responsible to provide an efficient and well-organised inbound flow from both operational and administrative perspectives.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Reporting directly to the Department Manager Inbound, the candidate will:

Ensure an efficient and well-organised inbound flow from both operational and administrative perspectives.
Ensure the department is staffed with the required number of employees with the appropriate qualifications and competencies.
Ensure daily execution of operational warehouse tasks.
Provide regular, timely and objective feedback to the Department Manager.
Take responsibility for daily operations in the absence of the Department Manager.
Promote employee engagement and motivation.
Participate in continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes.
Monitor KPIs and employees' daily performance.
Set clear goals and follow up on execution.
Ensure an efficient Inbound operation.




Lead inbound operations, performance management, absence meetings, employee dialogues, goal setting and vacation planning.
Prepare and update team schedules in compliance with labour legislation.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate manager.
Report relevant operational information and improvement opportunities to management.

SKILLS

degree or Diploma, preferably in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
proven experience in managing warehouse operations;
previous experience of at least 3 years in leading and developing warehouse teams;
strong knowledge of inbound logistics processes and warehouse management operations;
experience in KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and budget management;
good knowledge of IT tools and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS);
good command of the English language (B1/B2).
