The property is a historic, beautifully restored residence set within extensive grounds, including vineyards and olive groves, and operates to the highest standards of luxury private service. The estate is located 45 minutes outside Florence. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven private service professional to work closely alongside the Major-Domo, providing a high level of support across all aspects of the household's operation. Responsibilities Assist with staff coordination, operational planning, maintenance scheduling, service standards, and guest experience. Support guest itineraries, arrivals and departures, dining and events,



ensuring the estate is presented impeccably at all times. Involve in ongoing estate projects, including agricultural operations, new facilities, and the development of service procedures and systems. Help lead and motivate the wider team and contribute to a harmonious working environment. Qualifications Highly organised, proactive, discreet, and service-driven. Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to grow within a UHNW private household environment. Fluency in Italian and English. Prior experience in a House Manager, Majordomo, or senior butler/assistant capacity within a private household or estate.
