Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with cleaning distributors while developing new business opportunities within the professional cleaning sector.
Visit end users (e.g., hospitals, retirement homes, healthcare and facility management organizations) to identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
Execute sales activities in line with agreed sales objectives, KPIs, and company sales strategy.
Collaborate with distributors and customers on promotional activities, product introductions, and tailored cleaning solutions.
Deliver basic product training and support to distributors and customers.
Maintain accurate account, activity, pipeline, forecast, and budget planning data in C4C (SAP Sales Cloud).
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting on results, opportunities, and market developments.
Work closely with Customer Service (CIC) and Logistics teams to ensure excellent customer support and service levels.
Qualifications:
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within professional cleaning,



hygiene, healthcare, paper or facility management sectors.
Strong business development and relationship management skills.
Experience working with distributors and indirect sales channels.
Results-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good in English; additional local language(s) are an advantage.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
We are looking for someone living close in one of the assign territory such as Bologna, Modena, Padova, Verona ect.
