Europe eCommerce Senior Manager
The purpose of this position of Senior Manager, Europe eCommerce is to lead the development and accelerated penetration-led growth of Europe eCommerce channel, with accountability for development and implementation of overall online routes to market strategy, visibility to capture business potential at best cost aligned with BIC strategic goals and operational capabilities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS

Build and lead EU eCommerce channel strategic planning to develop sales, visibility and conversion across Pure Players, Omni Channel, B2B and Marketplaces, with an efficient and scalable approach across the region.
Be accountable for the overall EU eCommerce P&L;, defining key investments and overseeing channel profitability.
Proactively and collaboratively work across the Company and with Digital CST to determine overall eCommerce strategy and the strategic role of the channel for each category, acting as the eCommerce EU expert to inform or influence key decisions with competence and vision.
Define key growth enablers, leading or collaborating to their accomplishment through cross-functional cooperation with regional and Group stakeholders:
