This position reports to:
R&D; Team Lead

Your Role And Responsibilities
You will be part of the R&D; center IT, responsible for several electronic low voltage measurement devices (meters, network analyzer) and for low voltage protection devices and components (RCCB, RCBO, MCB, AFDD, motor reclosing).
You will be part of Product Care unit, managing the maintenance and the improvement/optimization of products in production (mainly in our factory in Santa Palomba - Rome, but not only), inside a global and international environment.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
- Participate as R&D; member into cross-functional improvement team focused on specific electric/electronic products, managing different maintenance topic (e.g.



maintain product robustness, component shortage, cost reduction).
- Propose and discuss product change activities, working in cross-functional teams with mechanical, electrical, electronic (hardware and firmware) designers, with special focus on prototyping and validation of the solution, together with Laboratory and Quality.
- Evaluate requests from Production, Quality and Engineering departments and propose product modifications accordingly.
- Prepare technical reports supported by design calculations, simulations and test lab, using standard and non-standard tools.
- Coordinate prototypes construction to ensure alignment with project/task timeline; plan and analyze experimental tests to verify technical solutions. Work within the project team, opting for time and cost-effective solutions.
