As a Cloud Security Architect at Genesys, you will serve as a technical security SME for cloud, AI, and security controls during customer assurance engagements. You'll work with Sales, Engineering, Product Security, and Architecture to address audits, security assessments, and evidence-based reviews for Genesys Cloud. You will explain and defend security posture and respond to complex inquiries across global customers, partners, and auditors. This role includes Italian market engagements and fluent English-Italian communication. Retribuzione / Benefits Act as the primary technical Security SME for cloud customer audits, assessments, and technical security reviews Lead discussions on penetration testing, vulnerabilities, and remediation activities with customers Drive advanced technical conversations with customers, prospects, partners, auditors, and internal stakeholders Defend Genesys Cloud security, privacy, compliance,



and AI security posture using technical evidence Generate and present evidence of implementation and effectiveness of security controls (IAM, encryption, key management, network segmentation, logging, monitoring, detection and response, incident management, application security, AI security, secure SDLC) Interpret and present technical evidence (logs, configurations, architecture diagrams, policies, automation artefacts, security docs) during audits Create and maintain reusable technical security documentation and assurance assets Serve as internal escalation point for Product Security, Engineering, and Customer Assurance teams Build trusted relationships with customer security teams and provide guidance on cloud and AI security best practices Responsabilità Strong understanding of AWS cloud security and SaaS shared responsibility models Expert-level experience designing, implementing, or defending cloud se
