Experteer Overview As Lead Product Engineer, you will lead the technical design and development of Converse footwear from concept to production, ensuring fit, construction, and product integrity. You'll collaborate with Design, Product Management, Materials, and Manufacturing to translate design intent into viable products that meet performance, quality, and sustainability goals. You will leverage market insights and emerging technologies to improve outcomes and elevate the Converse brand. This role combines design, engineering, and manufacturing to deliver consumer-led footwear at scale.
