Amazon is seeking an EMEA Labor Relations Manager to act as the strategic LR partner for Southern Europe and contribute to cross-country LR initiatives across the wider EU in the EMEA region. You will report to the LR Leader and translate regional direction into local deployment while balancing employee trust with business velocity.
The role requires deep knowledge of local labor laws and collective regulations, with a base salary in Italy of 52,700 EUR gross annually for full-time work.
