Fondazione Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT) in Genoa is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to advance RNA technologies with AI-driven modeling of RNA interactions and RNA-chromatin associations.
The role focuses on building AI models to reconstruct RNA-mediated regulatory networks, using datasets from PARIS, RIC-seq, CLIP-seq, and more, to study RNA biology and disease mechanisms. Fluency in English required.
