CIMA Aviation is looking for a reliable, detail‐oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact between our MRO clients and our repair/logistics operations. This isn't a traditional phone‐support role — you'll coordinate live repair orders, track parts in our ERP system, and keep customers informed on lead times, costs, and delivery status.
