Overview As Chapter Lead Microsoft Dynamics, you will guide a distributed international team to design, deliver, and continuously improve Dynamics 365 solutions (Service, Marketing, Sales) and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. You will bridge business needs with digital capabilities, driving architecture, governance, and ALM practices while accelerating innovation with Microsoft AI and data platforms. This role shapes how we engage customers across brands and markets and contributes to our group's digital transformation. You will lead with impact in a fast-moving, collaborative, global environment. Benefits Lead and develop a cross-functional, international Dynamics 365 chapter Oversee end-to-end architecture, design, and evolution of Dynamics 365 (Service, Marketing, Sales) solutions Serve as subject matter expert for the D365 stack with governance and best practices Align business needs with digital capabilities across product teams Manage full lifecycle of D365 initiatives from conception to delivery Establish development standards, Dev Ops, and ALM processes for quality, security,
and reliability Contribute to integration strategies with other enterprise platforms Drive adoption of Microsoft AI stack (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Fabric) within D365 Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, and stakeholders Manage relationships with external partners and vendors Responsibilities 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service) 3+ years in a leadership or management role, ideally international and cross-functional Strong functional and technical expertise, including Dynamics 365 and integration patterns Experience with Power Platform and enterprise integrations Understanding of Agile methodologies, analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent English Willingness to travel up to 25% Requisiti fondamentali international and innovative environment exposure to cutting-edge technologies direc
