In this extracurricular internship, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to activities supporting new production programs, helping the team monitor the alignment between actual operational costs and Business Plan targets,
while also supporting reviews of legacy programs. You will also take part in process improvement initiatives, collaborating with the IT team to develop and enhance dashboards and digital tools that improve operational effectiveness, problem solving, and decision‐making.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Support the Program Management team in monitoring both legacy and new production programs
Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational and financial data to track actual costs versus Business Plan assumptions
Support cost control and profitability analysis activities, identifying gaps, trends, and potential areas for improvement
Contribute to the evaluation of revenue enhancement opportunities across commercial service programs
Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries for internal program reviews and management discussions
Liaise with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and other
