Experteer Overview As a Computational Physicist on the M-Star team, you translate numerical methods into a high-performance CFD software product. You will contribute to solver architecture, GPU acceleration, and multiphysics model implementation to deliver first-principles predictions for complex industrial processes. You collaborate with users and support engineers to ensure the software remains scientifically rigorous and practically useful. This role offers the chance to shape scalable, GPU-native solvers in a fast-growing area of engineering simulation. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and maintain M-Star's fluid dynamics solver, including feature additions and validation Translate academic numerical methods into a production-grade software product Model physics such as fluid dynamics, multiphase flows, advection-diffusion, particle mechanics,



and heat transfer Implement meshing algorithms and data structures optimized for GPU architectures in distributed memory environments Collaborate with support engineers and users to tailor the software to real-world needs Conduct validation studies and present results at conferences Responsabilità Background in numerical methods for transport physics (fluid dynamics, advection-diffusion, particle mechanics, or heat transfer) Experience writing high-performance physics codes using parallel computing in shared and distributed memory systems Expertise with Lattice Boltzmann Methods (LBM) for fluid simulation Knowledge of the Discrete Element Method (DEM) for particle mechanics Specialization in numerical methods for multiphase modeling of liquid-liquid and gas-liquid systems Algorithms for computational geometry including structured/unstructured meshing, 3 D search, and mesh refinement Understanding of GPU architectures and CUDA toolkit MPI programming for multi-GPU code development Experience on large multiphysics solvers Requisiti fondamentali Requisite skill set as listed in Responsabilità. #J-18808-Ljbffr
