Experteer Overview In this role you drive country‐level CAR‐T study delivery, translating complex strategies into operational excellence. You lead cross‐functional collaboration to activate sites, safeguard quality, and maintain data integrity across milestones. Based in Milan, you balance speed with regulatory readiness in a fast‐moving environment. You will coach teams, strengthen site partnerships, and sharpen activation timelines to bring transformative therapies to patients sooner. This is a hands‐on leadership role with a clear impact on study delivery and patient access. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead the Local Study Team, establish an operating rhythm, optimize performance within budget, ensure governance and run high‐value meetings Translate protocol into country execution plans, craft monitoring strategies, identify and select sites, and secure on‐time submissions for rapid activation Lead country feasibility assessments, identify high‐potential sites, evaluate recruitment opportunities, and shape execution plans with investigators Conduct co‐monitoring,
review monitoring outputs for trends, oversee audits, and drive corrective actions to stay inspection‐ready Maintain complete, accurate documentation, keep systems current, and prepare for final archiving to protect data integrity Collaborate with CRAs, Investigators and Regulatory Affairs; provide progress updates and manage risks Onboard and coach new team members; drive process improvements to reduce cycle times and scale best practices Support regional initiatives and uphold company values to harmonize ways of working beyond a single study Responsabilità Proven ability to lead a Local Study Team, optimize performance, ensure compliance, run meetings, and manage budgets Experience delivering study commitments with monitoring plans, site selection, and timely document submissions Experience performing co‐monitoring, reviewing monitoring reports, and overseeing audit activities Ability to ensure document co
