About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to build and lead our Italian market business for high-voltage lithium electric forklifts . Based in Italy, you will own end-to-end channel development, dealer management and channel revenue growth.
This is a greenfield opportunity to structure the Italian market from scratch — recruiting and empowering local dealers, driving channel sales, and establishing our brand presence in one of Europe's key industrial markets. Frequent regional travel required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Development & Network Building
Identify, recruit and onboard qualified dealers/distributors across Italy in the material handling, logistics and construction machinery sectors
Build a tiered channel network covering key industrial regions, expanding market coverage and penetration
Negotiate and sign agency agreements, defining commercial terms, targets and responsibilities aligned with company strategy
2. Channel Sales & Target Delivery

Develop and execute the annual channel sales plan for Italy; consistently achieve and exceed revenue, order and market share targets
Work closely with dealers to drive pipeline generation, support key deal negotiations, and close major opportunities
Monitor channel sales performance, track KPIs (orders, revenue, payment collection, inventory turnover) and take corrective action when needed
3. Dealer Management & Enablement
Manage the full dealer lifecycle: onboarding, training, performance review, incentive design and capability upgrading
Provide dealers with product, pricing and sales methodology training; equip partners with tools and resources to sell effectively
Conduct regular business reviews with top dealers, align on quarterly targets and resolve operational or commercial issues
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Conduct ongoing market research on Italian material handling trends, competitor activities and customer demand shifts
