Experteer Italy, representing Converse, seeks an experienced Lead Product Engineer to steer the technical design and development of footwear from concept to production. You will coordinate fit, construction, and technical development, ensuring quality and sustainability targets are met across defined styles.
You will create and revise tech packs, product specs, prototype notes, and construction standards while driving consistency and communicating risks and progress with factory teams.
