Axiom Technologies is seeking a skilled 2nd-Line ICT & AV Support Technician to act as the key escalation point for advanced IT and AV incidents. You will troubleshoot, support networks and digital workplace environments, provide hands-on onsite assistance, and maintain high service quality in an international setting.
The role requires strong Windows/MS Office/AV knowledge, experience with VOIP/Teams, and ability to work under pressure while delivering excellent customer service.
