Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the project control activity within our Projects Team, aligning planning and cost control across EPC efforts in chemical, petrochemical and energy sectors. You will work with international clients, ensure accurate cost and progress reporting, and drive early warnings on schedule risks. The position blends technical rigor with client-facing coordination to support complex plant projects. This is a hybrid role in Corsico, offering global exposure and opportunities to shape project performance. Retribuzione / Benefits Coordinate planning and cost control engineers to ensure consistent analysis and reporting Act as focal point with clients and contractors for cost and progress reporting Monitor progress, milestones and forecast performance against plan Identify critical path issues and provide early warnings to the Project Manager Develop and maintain WBS and CBS in alignment with project scope Oversee cost control structures, budgets,



and EVM-based forecasting Lead cost and schedule risk analysis workshops with internal teams and clients Ensure compliance with project controls processes and procedures Deliver and maintain Gantt charts and performance reports (S-curves, histograms) Responsabilità Master Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines Experience in the role (at least two EPC projects as Project Control leader) Oracle P6 knowledge and Project Risk analysis ability Fluent in Italian and English Availability to travel and assignments abroad Understanding of multidisciplinary engineering workflows from design to construction Self‐motivated with proactive outlook and good communication skills Requisiti fondamentali Hybrid working Flexible benefits package Biannual free medical check‐up Free company parking Shuttle bus from Metro Professional development plans #J-18808-Ljbffr
