CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Technical & Facilities Supervisor to oversee building maintenance and services across assigned sites in Italy.
You will lead the on-site team, manage service delivery, and ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety standards for electrical, HVAC, climate control, and fire protection systems. The role requires at least 5 years in a similar position, strong CMMS and MS Office proficiency, and fluent Italian and English.
