Come Innovate Motion with UsAs a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and key customers to identify and drive profitable growth opportunities. By leading business development activities, you will leverage market insights and industry trends to shape product strategy, support new product development and drive customer-focused business opportunities.Your responsibilities will be to:Understand market needs and industry trends through customer engagement, market research, technology monitoring, product benchmarking and competitor analysisDevelop and implement business growth strategies to win targeted opportunities, collaborating with regional teams to adapt business models to local market requirementsDrive commercial performance by monitoring revenue, profitability and BOM targets, while supporting strategy development and marketing reviewsCollaborate with R&D; teams to define product roadmaps, set development targets and drive product enhancements aligned with business strategy,



customer needs and market trendsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support long-term business successAssess and monitor RFQs, business opportunities and project viability to ensure strategic and profitable decision-makingPartner closely with Sales teams by providing guidance and support on product strategy, value proposition, pricing, differentiation and overall go-to-market approachOur requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related fieldIdeally 3+ years of experience in Business Development or a similar role, preferably within the automotive industryTechnical knowledge of cooling fans and BLDC motors would be considered a strong advantageHands-on experience with, or a strong affinity for, digital technologies, including Power BI and AI toolsExperience interacting with customers and managing RFQ processesExcellent communication
