Sharp Brains is seeking a desktop & end-user support specialist to deliver comprehensive IT support across Windows and Mac environments. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues while handling IMAC tasks and managing device life cycles.
The role requires strong ITIL-aligned incident management, remote and deskside assistance, and experience with SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow for asset tracking and ticket resolution. VPN and MS Office proficiency are essential.
