Experteer Overview As a Senior MOEM Sales Engineer at Eaton, you will drive growth in the OEM market across Modena, Parma, Reggio Emilia, and Bologna. You'll lead strategic, quota-bearing sales efforts, aligning customer needs with high-value Eaton solutions and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will champion Eaton's digital ecosystem to improve customer experience and strengthen partnerships, while identifying new opportunities within key accounts. This role combines technical insight with consultative selling to shape tailored offers and go-to-market activities in a dynamic, international setting.
Responsibilities Lead prospecting, lead generation, and qualification
Conduct needs discovery and opportunity qualification
Develop and execute account plans for strategic customers
Design tailored offers and manage quotation processes
Present and demonstrate solutions to customers
Negotiate, handle objections, and close deals




Ensure delivery and implementation of solutions
Maintain CRM pipeline and conduct reviews
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Support channel partners and agencies to drive growth
Qualifications Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years in technical sales, preferably in OEM or industrial environments
Strong consultative selling skills with experience managing complex sales cycles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Results-driven with a focus on customer value creation
Fluency in Italian and English
