Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will lead the Marketing & Sales Finance team within the Oversight Italy (Italy + Greece + Israel + Francophone Africa + Balkans) organization, acting as a senior business partner to drive business strategy and optimize financial performance. Each day you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data and recommending appropriate solutions. You will also drive the definition and implementation of standards and guidelines to continuously improve financial controls. The Work Model For The Role This role contributes to the Smart Buildings and Smart Power Divisions in the Oversight Italy cluster. Main stakeholders include local M&S; organizations, the Global M&S; organization,



and Business Lines finance teams. You Will Be Mainly Accountable For Translating the finance strategy into business plans and establishing measurable targets. Overseeing the plan and forecasting process for your area of responsibility and evaluating the financial implications of various strategic decisions, building scenarios, and recommending actions to mitigate risks. Monitoring progress and providing insight and analysis to support operational decision-making; identifying financial issues and advising the functional management team on action plans and strategies to resolve them. Driving appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency with special focus on demand analysis, go-to-market, return on investment, sales efficiency, and profitability.
