The role leads architecture design and integration decisions across complex, cross‑functional initiatives and ensures alignment with AGCO’s EFG/CEA strategy. The position drives standardization, scalability, and reuse across product lines, while enabling integration of data‑driven, model‑based, and AI‑enabled capabilities into the platform.
Your Impact
Define and evolve the end‑to‑end software and E/E architecture for combine platforms.
Drive platform consistency, modularity, and scalability across multiple product lines.
Act as the primary technical authority for combine software architecture and E/E systems.
Lead resolution of highly complex system‑level challenges involving software, E/E systems, and cross‑functional integration.
Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance processes, and design principles.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with extensive experience in embedded software and complex E/E systems.
Strong expertise in AUTOSAR and Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for developing scalable and efficient system architectures.
Proven ability to lead architecture, system integration, and technical decision‑making across complex, large‑scale product development programs.
Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, system interfaces, integration strategies, and end‑to‑end lifecycle management.
Demonstrated track record in platform architecture, system integration, and delivery of high‑quality solutions for complex products.
