The Sustainability Analyst will support European teams in collecting, analyzing, and managing environmental data, contributing to initiatives aimed at reducing water, energy, emissions, and waste across sites. The position requires strong analytical skills, proactiveness, and interest in sustainability topics. The role focuses mainly on operational and support activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Support the collection, verification, and consolidation of sustainability data.
Assist in preparing reports and internal communications.
Support internal audits and basic environmental site visits.
Contribute to employee engagement and awareness activities.
Assist in operational management of energy efficiency and waste reduction projects.




Monitor industry benchmarks and best practices.
Provide general support to sites in achieving sustainability goals.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental, energy, sustainability engineering, or related fields.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Good English skills.
Proactive and collaborative mindset.
Availability for occasional travel.
Work Environment:
Work in both office and production environments.
Travel: 50%.
