Not everyone can claim to feed the world, but it is part of our every day. Behind everything we do for our farmers, there is one AGCO team making it happen. The Supplier Quality Engineer will be supporting assigned suppliers to meet and/or exceed AGCO quality performance standards and their customer’s product quality expectations by investigating, analyzing, and resolving supplier quality problems. This position leads in all supplier qualification endeavors including on-site supplier quality audits and supplier technical reviews. The Supplier Quality Engineer will also drive systematic APQP in the NPI phase to meet and/or exceed Supplier PPAP “Right First Time” targets. Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers to avoid repeat failures




Continuously monitor and improve supplier quality performance (NCR, PPM, RFT)
Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic or Chemical/Plastic preferred
~Electrical/Electronic, Plastic/Rubber, Hydraulics, Metal Fab and manufacturing processes, Familiarity with quality assurance and measurement techniques
~ Experience in driving cross-functional business processes and leading supply chain quality improvement efforts, Must have advance English communication skills
~ Ability to work in a diverse multi-cultural team environment
