Translational Research in Oncology (TRIO) seeks an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our Monitoring Resources team. This remote, freelance role on a 12‐month contract is based in Italy and reports to a CRA Line Manager.
You will conduct site visits, verify regulatory documents, and ensure strict adherence to FDA, ICH-GCP, and local regulations. You will monitor oncology trials, support data verification, assist with budgets, and mentor junior CRAs as needed.
