Technology Innovation & Strategy Junior Consultant to join its office in Rome, Genoa, La Spezia or Rozzano within the Sustainability and Business Innovation Division. Mission This role is designed to provide a junior management consultant with a well‐rounded experience in the various aspects of management consulting, setting the foundation for career growth and increased responsibilities in the field. It involves a mix of learning, collaboration, and hands‐on involvement in projects under the guidance of more experienced consultants. Key Accountabilities Learning and Development: Actively participate in training programs to build a foundational understanding of management consulting principles and methodologies. Acquire knowledge about process improvement, technology trends, environmental sustainability, and business model analysis. Data Collection and Analysis:



Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to current business processes, technology landscapes, environmental impact, and business models. Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations based on data analysis. Process Mapping and Documentation: Support the senior consultants in documenting existing business processes through process mapping techniques. Assist in creating documentation that outlines areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Technology Research and Evaluation: Participate in researching emerging technologies relevant to the industry. Support the evaluation of technology solutions for their potential impact on business effectiveness. Environmental Impact Assessment: Assist in conducting assessments to measure carbon emissions and environmental footprint. Contribute to the development of strategies for emission reduction and sustainability. Business Model Analysis: Participate in the analysis of current bu
