Overview Experteer Overview In this role you will support healthcare projects in Italy within IQVIA's Real World Solutions, driving IT-enabled initiatives for payers and providers. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, monitor progress, and help shape project plans and change requests. You'll work with implementation and services teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with contracts. This is an opportunity to contribute to digital health programs and AI/ML initiatives that improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities Manage IT healthcare projects across Italy Coordinate stakeholders (product management, trainers, consultants, customers) Communicate project status to customers and teams Collaborate with partner implementation and services teams Delegate tasks to team members as needed Create and track project plans, milestones, risks,



issues and decisions Assist in creating Statements of Work for projects and change requests Monitor resources and costs per contract Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Biotechnology or related 2–5 years' experience in Project Management Preferred: PMP, Agile PM or Prince2 certification, ITIL 4 Foundation Knowledge of e Health environment and standards (HL7, FHIR, IHE) Fluent English and native Italian Good organization and summarization capabilities Strong teamwork and communication skills Benefits incentive plans bonuses health benefits welfare benefits career development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
