Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the civil and structural design for plant facilities and modular energy solutions. You will work within the IET team to deliver robust, compliant designs that support the energy transition and optimize lifecycle performance. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure constructability and alignment with project specifications. This is an opportunity to contribute to technically challenging projects and influence how modularized solutions are realized in the energy sector. You will be a technical reference point driving sound engineering, interface management, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Design, analyze, and verify structural systems for integrity, safety, and standards compliance Develop engineering solutions for steel modules, platforms, structural steel frameworks, foundations, and civil works Create and maintain design documentation including specifications, bills of materials,



and change requests Conduct design reviews and participate in continuous improvement to enhance performance and reliability Interface with customers to capture requirements and present design solutions for project execution Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, and performance Participate in product development and continuous improvement initiatives Provide technical guidance to manufacturing engineers and clients during erection/installation, addressing inquiries and resolving issues Collaborate with Quality teams to develop testing and inspection procedures ensuring quality standards Define procedures and tool customization to improve design standardization, reduce cost and lead time, and implement internal standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field Proven experience as Civil Design Engineer in complex Oil & Gas/Industrial/Energy solutions plants, preferably in EPC Expertise in civil & structural engineering
