EFG Hardware Engineer Date: May 19, 2026 Location: Breganze, IT Workplace Type: Onsite Responsibilities Design wiring harnesses and specify electrical components for mobile agricultural machinery. Focus on Gold Harvest combines NA with additional global support on similar products. Define circuits and route harnesses on harvesting equipment, primarily 12/24‐volt systems. Interpret, create and maintain wiring diagrams. Specify components such as relays, fuses, speed sensors and pressure transducers. Use CAD modeling tools (2 D/3 D) for harness routing. Provide vendor support for procurement of engineering samples and technical specifications. Support manufacturing on engineering‐related issues for various product lines. Attend design reviews and deliver routine project updates. Experience & Qualifications Ability to specify electrical components for mobile machinery (relays, fuses, speed sensors, pressure transducers). Experience with electrical circuit layout tools is preferred. Proficient in written and oral communication in English. Experience with CAD modeling tools (e.g., Creo)
required. Capable of working with cross‐functional engineering teams, product service, manufacturing, purchasing and other internal groups. Ability to provide prompt support to the technical service department. Contribute to product training for internal technical service staff, service training and other engineering teams. Strong teamwork skills as part of a small, high‐output, global team. Willingness to innovate with limited direction and contribute beyond direct responsibilities. Solid decision‐making skills with limited direction. Desire to work in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment with high freedom for innovation. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree (minimum 4‐year); other related fields considered based on experience. Preferred experience in agriculture, construction, or related machinery. Availability to travel about 20% of working time, across 3 sites (NA, SA, EME). Benef
