Piping Flexibility Engineer

As Piping Flexibility Engineer , you will respond to the Head of Layout and Piping Engineering Department and be part of the ENCAR (Energy Carriers) Division and assigned to FEED or EPC project.
Verification of contractual documents
Development of detailed engineering of stress calculation and support design in accordance with contractual requirements, international standards, corporate standards and best practice.
Verification of issued documentation by service providers, JV partners,



or third parties
Interface with specialists from other units such as Civil, Equipment, Process, etc.
Execution of technical bid evaluation for supports and special item (support, springs, expansion joints, ….)
Acoustic Induced Vibration (AIV) / Flow Induced Vibration (FIV) analysis
Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for dedicated piping/mechanical components
Supervising, controlling and planning the activities of service providers or partner
Manage of piping support materials take off and feasibility for construction activities
Field assistance during construction installation
Technical Diploma or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: minimum 8 years as Piping Flexibility Engineer within energy, oil & gas, petrochemical, renewable or floaters sectors. Experience on GRE design is a plus.
Languages: English (B2), Italian (mother tongue/C1)
