Aenova Group, Borgo San Michele LT site, Italy, is seeking an HR Business Partner – Analytics & Controlling. You will own payroll controlling, HR analytics, and KPI reporting to support strategic decisions.
The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of HR analytics or payroll experience in a multinational/pharma setting. Proficiency in Excel and HRIS; Power BI is a plus; fluency in English; collaboration with Finance and senior stakeholders is essential.
