Commercial Effectiveness Trainee – Roche Pharma Italy
As a Commercial Effectiveness Trainee, you will join the Business Operations department of Roche Pharma Italy. In this role, you will contribute to the achievement of business objectives and improve commercial effectiveness by setting up and managing systems, tools and processes. You will support your tutor within the Disease Squad Team and develop a comprehensive analytical approach to strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Support the Disease Squad Team and develop comprehensive analytical approaches to strategic business decisions.
- Sales Force Effectiveness & Commercial Excellence.
- Performance analysis covering the main KPIs at national and territorial level.
- Sales analysis and target setting modeling.
- Profiling & Segmentation.
- Systems, Tools and Dashboard.
- Customer experience.




- Field Force sizing and organization changes.

Qualifications
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with the ability to understand the ‘big picture’, and strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong interest in the healthcare sector.
- Open‑minded, logical and methodical work approach.
- Proactive attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals from a variety of departments.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
