Group IT Security Specialist

At Fedrigoni, we are looking for a Cyber Security leader to drive and coordinate advanced cybersecurity initiatives across the Group.
Responsibilities
- Support the IT Security Manager in developing an effective Cyber Security program.
- Drive high‑priority Cyber Security (IT and OT) projects to successful delivery, ensuring coordination with the IT team, other functional areas, and suppliers.
- Design and implement secure architectures and controls for on‑premises and cloud environments.
- Assess the security of systems, applications and third parties to identify potential risks.
- Create and deliver security reports to management with key performance indicators and key risk indicators.
- Collaborate with IT and Business teams to embed security by design in new projects.
- Effectively communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of security awareness and responsibility across the organization.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security,



Engineering or related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security, preferably in international environments or consulting.
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with security‑by‑design methodologies, security architectures and cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Experience with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST SP 800‑53, ISO27001, ISO22301 and risk management.
- Familiarity with security tools and technologies: NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, Web Content Filters, Anti‑SPAM, AV/XDR, SIEM.
- Enthusiasm for staying current with the latest Cyber Security trends and best practices.
- Relevant professional certifications (ISO27001, ISO22301, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
