Eight Sleep is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support our growth and operational excellence in Milano. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, shape project plans, and translate data into strategic actions while contributing to a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Ideally you have 3-4 years of experience in consulting, banking, or startup operations, with strong PM skills, an ability to drive 0→1 projects, and exceptional communication to manage stakeholders.
