Position Overview As a Project Manager at Warner Records, you will support the planning and execution of launch campaigns for artists, bridging marketing strategy with promotional operations.
Responsibilities Launch Coordination (70%): Plan music releases (singles and albums), ensure deadlines are met, and deliver assets to partners.
Digital & Content Strategy: Collaborate on social and digital communication plans, interface with content creators, designers, photographers, and videographers.
Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using data from streaming platforms and social media, draft periodic reports, and adapt strategies based on market trends and fan engagement.
Budgeting: Track marketing and promotional expenses for individual projects.
Promotion & Media Relations (30% – as needed): Support pitching activities to radio, TV, and digital media; coordinate with PR/press offices.
Interview Management: Organize and coordinate promo days for artists, including interview schedules, logistics, and accompanying the artist.
Press Release Writing:



Draft and optimise press releases, newsletters, and promotional assets such as EarOne cards.
Candidate Profile Preferable experience within record labels, music management agencies, booking agencies, or specialized music press offices.
Strong passion and understanding of the Italian and international music scene (trends, genres, market players).
Excellent familiarity with main social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram), streaming platforms, and music data analysis tools.
Introductory knowledge of the Italian music media network (radio, generalist, and vertical publications).
Outstanding organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, strong time management.
Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy for interacting with artists.
Good knowledge of English.
Salary & Benefits Base Salary: €28,000 to €35,000 gross annual salary (commensurate with experience).
