Experteer Overview In this role you will lead on-site health, safety and environmental governance for a data centre construction project in Milan. You will align with Italian law, EU standards and company policies to manage risk, inspections and incident response. You drive a proactive safety culture through training, inductions and clear reporting. The opportunity sits within a focused engineering project team delivering high-stakes, safety-critical work across trades and subcontractors.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead site safety implementation and ensure regulatory and company compliance across construction and commissioning activities.
Develop, review and monitor RAMS and permit-to-work processes for high-risk tasks.
Perform site inspections,



audits and behavioural safety observations to drive corrective actions and zero-incident goals.
Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety training to promote proactive safety practices.
Investigate incidents and near-misses, produce root-cause reports and share lessons learned with the project team.
Responsabilità NEBOSH qualification
4+ years' experience in a similar role on large-scale construction projects (preferably data centres)
Strong knowledge of current Irish and EU Health & Safety legislation
