Performance Marketing Specialist - Emerging Brands & Markets

We are looking for a data-driven performance marketer who wants to grow with us — and who isn't afraid to move to the mountains to do it. Based in Bolzano, South Tyrol (one of Europe's most stunning alpine regions), this mid-level role sits at the intersection of paid media, SEO, and analytics. You'll drive customer acquisition for our emerging brands — Wild Country, LaMunt, Evolv, and Blackroll — and lead performance initiatives in high-potential markets including the United States and Poland.



You'll work closely with external agencies, internal brand teams, and international stakeholders across a fast-moving, multi-brand digital commerce environment.
Tasks & responsibilities
Own and coordinate paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate channels — from briefing agencies through to daily performance monitoring
Analyze campaign data daily: spot trends, flag anomalies, identify growth opportunities, and act on them
Drive acquisition KPIs — ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate — with a clear focus on measurable outcomes
Support SEO performance across emerging markets: technical and on-page optimization, keyword research, SERP monitoring, and agency collaboration
Manage affiliate marketing activities to support revenue and new customer acquisition
Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders
Collaborate with brand, content, CRM, and creative
