Overview Experteer Overview In this role you drive quality discipline and implement strategies to support cross-divisional growth at Vishay Italiana. You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering and Operations to strengthen process stability and prevent issues before they reach customers. You'll lead structured problem solving and quality improvements, shaping the quality culture on the shop floor. This is a hands-on role in a growing plant that enables broader scale and cross-functional impact. Maintenance and Operations to improve stability and reliability Contribute to continuous improvement and quality system enhancements Manage customer issues and support preventive actions Manage supplier quality performance and issues Responsibilities Bachelor's in Engineering (Quality, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic) or similar 3-5+ years in Quality Engineering or manufacturing Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC and problem solving tools Solid analytical skills with ability to identify trends and root causes Proactive mindset and hands-on approach Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders Strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence Qualifications health care coverage financial support programs open and collaborative culture opportunities to work globally and locally #J-18808-Ljbffr
