Experteer OverviewIn this role you will manage and improve our IT infrastructure and security posture for a multinational, brand‐led group. You will operate across Windows and Linux servers, drive virtualization via ESXi, and support cloud services in Microsoft Azure and collaboration tools. You will work with cross‐functional teams to ensure reliable, secure IT operations and lead small technical initiatives. This is a hands‐on position in a dynamic, international environment with opportunities to shape infrastructure and security practices.Retribuzione / BenefitsMaintain and administer Windows and Linux operating systems and serversConfigure and manage ESX virtualization environmentsPerform server administration tasks and investigate event‐log warningsProvide technical support and assist Service Desk to identify root causesConduct routine audits and backups of systemsImplement and monitor security policies; assist in vulnerability assessments and incident responsesDevelop automation scripts to streamline tasksMonitor performance, plan capacity,



and optimize infrastructureDraft and update technical documentationParticipate in IT projects and lead smaller initiatives under supervisionResponsabilitàBachelor in Informatics or equivalent experience10+ years in system administration with progression in responsibilitiesExpertise in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022) and Active DirectoryStrong VMware ESXi experience and VeeamKnowledge of at least three of Citrix, Veeam Backup, HPE Aruba Networking, Microsoft Azure, Teams Phone, SharePoint Online, Ubiquiti NetworkLinux server administration basics (Ubuntu, CentOS, or RHEL)Scripting in PowerShell; Python or .NET a plusAdvanced Microsoft 365 management in hybrid environmentsAt least one professional certification (Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, HPE ASE) preferredAnalytical/problem‐solving skills; hands‐on attitude; willingness to learnWillingness to travel within EMEA and the US
